Pickup Directions: FROM 07/10/2023: new instructions: PICK UP: TERMINAL 1: After leaving the baggage claim area, you will see Go Natural cafe. Walk around the cafe and continue straight following the signs for "La Plaça". Turn to the left and follow signs for car rental pickup and continue until you see the OK Mobility Store. To pick up your vehicle, take the lift or stairs to your right and head to the lower floor (Planta 1). Walk to the end of the carpark where you will find the vehicle pickup Store. FROM 07/10/2023: new instructions: PICK UP: TERMINAL 2: After leaving the baggage claim area, you will see signs for the car rental area. Turn to the left following these signs and you will immediately see the OK Mobility Store in front of you. To pick up your vehicle, leave the Terminal and cross the pedestrian crossing to your right. Cross the road again and you will see the vehicle pickup Store in front of you in the carpark. FROM 07/10/2023: new instructions: DROP OFF: TERMINAL 1: When you arrive at Terminal 1, there are 5 lanes. Drive around the second lane from the left, following the “Car Rental” signs. After the junction, continue following the “Car Rental” signs. Enter the carpark signposted “Car Rental” and follow signs to go up to the first floor. Once on the first floor, go to the right and continue straight until the end of the carpark where you will find the OK Mobility parking spaces. FROM 07/10/2023: new instructions: DROP OFF: TERMINAL 2: When you arrive at Terminal 2, drive around the left lane following the “Rent-a-car” signs. Stay in the left lane following the signs on the pavement to “RENT A CAR”. Before the checkpoint, you will see a sign on the left with all the car rental offices. Continue in this late to enter the “Rent a Car” carpark. Leave the terminal heading the exterior walkway towards the "Parking G" access. Step 2: At the end of the walkway, go to the lower level. At the lower level and at your left you will find the bus area. Step 3: At this point you will find the black minibus with OK MOBILITY. Terminal 2: From the luggage belt , follow indications towards HOTEL BUS without leaving the terminal. Exit the terminal following the indications direction HOTEL BUS. Continue until the end of this walkway following indications towards HOTEL BUS.
